Subway charges on your Future card may appear delayed due to processing times in the MTA's OMNY payment system. Transit transactions don't always process immediately when you tap your card, and can sometimes take multiple business days to appear on your account.
Check your recent subway rides and metro travel history to match the charge with a previous trip. If you still can't identify the transaction after reviewing your recent MTA or transit usage, head to Settings > Support > Contact Support and chat with us via in-app secure messaging.
